In some cases we give strategic consulting, to help the client identify worthwhile future goals.

 

For clients with an existing technology or product, Eyal Research Consultants can analyze the technology or product and provide suggestions on how to increase the value in terms of business development.  These suggestions can include proposals to alter technology or product design, alter related manufacturing processes or identification of new market opportunities. 

 

Suggestions to alter technology or product design can include, for example, suggestions which add function, make the product amenable to use with related products in the market, increase user acceptance or decrease production cost.

Suggestions to alter related manufacturing processes can include, for example, suggestions to reduce energy consumption, recycle materials with a production facility, or implementation of alternative technologies to perform a function in the manufacturing process.  In general we evaluate a manufacturing process with an eye towards decreasing production cost.

Suggestions for identification of new market opportunities can include, for example, suggestions render a product useful in a new context, suggestions for development of a companion product which makes the main product amenable to use with related products in the market or identification of potential strategic partners.
